STARS — Custody and Ownership Disclosure

Published 2026-10-11 · Proton / XPR Network

This token is launched by a single operator group, which acquires a substantial majority of the token supply at launch — before and at the opening of public trading. This page exists so that anyone considering buying STARS knows that in advance and can price it in.

There is no public sale, no presale, no airdrop, and no distribution to the public of any kind.

How the supply is acquired

1. Creator curve purchase, before public trading. The simplelaunch bonding curve reserves the first 60 seconds after token creation for the creator account alone (creatorOnlyPeriodSec: 60). During that window the creator account buys the curve continuously — 42 purchases of 5,000.0000 XPR each, 210,000 XPR in total, submitted as a single transaction. This acquires the large majority of the tokens sold on the curve. No other account can buy during those 60 seconds.

2. Operator fleet purchase, at the DEX open. When the curve graduates, its remaining tokens and XPR are seeded into a simpledex liquidity pool. A fleet of 222 operator-controlled wallets then buys from that pool. Every one of those wallets:

The fleet’s combined budget is 191,541.4922 XPR. These purchases are made at public trading prices, from the same pool available to any other buyer.

What this means for a buyer

The operator group holds a large fraction of supply from the first block of public trading. Nothing prevents the operator group from selling into any demand that follows. Buying STARS means buying alongside — and potentially selling to or from — a holder that acquired its position earlier and cheaper than a public buyer can.

The caps above bound how much the operator group may hold. They do not bound what it may do with that holding.

Verifiable on chain

Every claim on this page can be checked against the Proton blockchain. The contracts, the creator account, the funding of the 222 wallets, and every purchase described above are public and permanent.
